General Rules

Selections must be submitted prior to game time, so be on time, no exceptions. If a game is submitted after the start of the game the game will NOT be counted.

If you are looking to be documented and monitored your service must have a website. 

When submitting selections to ParlayHelp you will need to send an email to us.  We will provide the email address where you will submit those selections upon payment.   Handicappers may also phone in their selections and that phone number will be provided upon signing up with ParlayHelp.

When submitting your plays we require that you list the game number, your selection with an accurate line and your line source (sportsbook) that is available for your clients at the time it is released and the Unit/Dime/Dollar amount.

Example: (960) Astros (+120) (betjamaica) listing Rodriguez    10 to win 12 dimes

Handicapping Services will be able to submit an unlimited amount of plays each day as long as the plays submitted are the identical plays that are submitted to each service’s respective clients.

In addition, we also cannot enforce a maximum amount of plays per day, week,or month etc as there are cappers that are selective and each handicapper has his own unique style of handicapping.
Once a play is submitted to ParlayHelp it cannot be changed and/or deleted under any circumstances so please be very careful when making your selections.

One thing that we offer that no other Monitoring Service provides is the grading of Parlays, Teasers and Buying of Points for a given game(s).  All these will be graded by us as long as you provide such information in the email when submitting your selections.

Baseball
Major League Baseball lines are considered as “ACTION” unless a “LISTED” pitcher is associated with the individual selection. If there is a pitcher change, and the pitcher is different from the one that was listed at the time you submitted your play(s), that particular game is VOID, its a No Play  Major League Baseball games are official after 5 innings of play, or 4.5 innings if the home team is leading. If a game is subsequently called or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning unless the home team ties the score or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning. Then the winner will be determined by the score at the time the game is called.

When wagering on total runs, the game must go the regulation 9 innings, or 8.5 innings if the home team is leading, otherwise it will constitute a”No Action” play, and all selections will not count. Selections on total runs will be “NO ACTION” if a pitcher change occurs prior to both listed pitchers throwing at least one pitch.

WOW RULES

Here at ParlayHelp each week we acknowledge the handicappers with best Winning Percentage and best Bankroll for each week. To qualify for the weekly acknowledgement, each handicapper must provide at least one selection each day of the week that games are played, a full week of Football will vary from a full week of Baseball or Basketball. Each handicapper will be allowed to take ONE day off during that week. To be eligible for either of the WOW acknowledgements you must end the week with a positive bankroll. No handicapper will be allowed to submit a rating higher than 100 Units/Dimes or 1000 Bucks for any individual game. (If you are playing a favorite you are not allowed to WIN more than 100 Units/Dimes or 1000 Bucks and if you are playing a dog you will not be allowed to WIN more than 100 Units/Dimes/Dollars.) Any game released higher than this amount will exclude you from both Winning Percentage and Bankroll WOW acknowledgements. Those handicappers that are acknowledged for WOW will get their Handicapping Service banner placed above the daily video for the next week.

You Cannot win more then 100 Dimes/Units/Bucks Per Selection    (100 Dimes= 100 Units= 1000 Bucks)

The rules, regulations, and guidelines for ParlayHelp are not biased in any way and they are set up in such a manner as to benefit all Handicappers equally. All plays submitted to ParlayHelp must be the exact plays that you submit to your clients. If we find out that you are releasing selections to your clients that are in direct conflict with the plays here at ParlayHelp we reserve the right to revoke your membership without notice.
